4.What is length of the horizontal lamp arm? Hoping it will reach over the center of average size desk, if base is placed at edge of desk.
The arm is a little over 12 inches. It has a full 360 degree rotation around the base and the arm can be positiopned at any angle up to full upright. the light also swivels so it can also be angled as well.
